Join us for Keep Austin Beautiful Day, a city-wide day of service spanning 100+ sites in 31 zip codes in the greater Austin area. We are excited to welcome you to this project where a Site Leader will meet you with supplies to collect litter and recycling while ensuring all safety precautions are addressed. A watercraft will be provided to you by Austin Rowing Club so there is no fee associated. **Please note that if you do not arrive by 9:15 a.m. on the day of the cleanup, you will automatically forfeit your spot on the lake and it will be offered to the next volunteer.**

What to bring: Closed toe shoes, a FULL water bottle, snack, a positive attitude and willingness to work.Where to park: Please note that there is no parking available at the boat house so you will need to find street side parking or a spot at the Mexican American Cultural Center. (600 River St, Austin, TX 78701.) Please do not bring or leave valuables in your car.Where to meet: Group will meet at the Austin Rowing Club check-in table.When should I arrive: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for time to find parking and our meeting location. We will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your shift at your earliest convenience to re-open those spots for registration.
