Join the Oak Hill Parkway construction team for a community roadway cleanup along US 290 in coordination with the annual Keep Austin Beautiful (KAB) Day. Each April, KAB mobilizes hundreds of volunteers for an incredible day of community service throughout the Greater Austin Area.

What to bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, gloves, protective sunglasses, and sunscreen. We ask that you leave your pets at home. All supplies will be provided.
Where to meet and park:  Park at and Muster outside Madrone Coffee Co. at 9 a.m. sharp on Saturday, April 9th. Madrone's is at 6266 US 290 in Oak Hill, Austin, Texas just east of Patton Ranch Road on Westbound US 290. 
When should I arrive Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for time to find parking and our meeting location.  We will begin promptly at 9:00 am.

Requirement Details
Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
