About
In partnership with the City of Austin Watershed Protection Department, Keep Austin Beautiful organizes large-scale cleanups on Lady Bird Lake every other month. We train volunteer leaders to run cleanups at 20+ locations along the Ann & Roy hike & bike trail as well as on watercraft's out on the lake.
NOTE: Due to the emergence of the Delta variant, Keep Austin Beautiful is requiring all individuals volunteering with us to wear a mask. We are following public health and safety guidelines and will continue to monitor the situation. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask while volunteering, we would invite you to re-join our efforts when masking is not required.
To further ensure safety, we will also be limiting group size at volunteer sites. During shifts, volunteers will be allowed to take masks and water breaks as needed. While we are excited to return to cleaning and beautifying our green spaces, ensuring the safety of all community members is paramount. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
